You likely have heard the name TaxAudit before. You might have had a friend or family member go through an audit and mention working with TaxAudit. Perhaps one of your favorite non-profits shared a photo on social media of TaxAudit employees helping the cause through donation drives and volunteer events. Or maybe, when you finished filing your taxes with TurboTax, you saw audit defense with TaxAudit offered as an additional add-on service to your return. There are countless ways that you could have heard our name, but one question might have popped into your head: Is TaxAudit a good company?

If you are reading this blog, it is likely you are on our website and checking to see what we are all about. You might have stumbled across our “Why Choose Us?” page and seen that we’ve helped 350,000+ clients over the three decades we’ve been around. It is possible you have read the countless successful audit stories we have shared, or found invaluable advice while reading blogs written by our very own tax professionals. Or maybe you’ve seen that our 140+ tax professionals have 1,700+ years of combined tax experience. While we might be the largest tax representation provider in the country, does that mean we are a good company?

We’d like to think so.

Solving tax audit and tax debt issues is the heart of TaxAudit. However, our core value of We Care for People is what drives us to be the best we can be every single day. Success is not only measured by the number of cases we have completed, but by the relief that we provide to our thousands of clients. After the completion of each case, we send out a survey to our clients asking for their feedback and we’ve received thousands of positive reviews over the years. While it’s easy for us to tell you why we think we’re a good company, don’t just take our word for it! Here is some of the feedback we received just this past month!

“An overwhelmingly positive experience. Tamara and team were superb. I went from panicked about a letter from the IRS, to very confident that with TaxAudit’s help, the situation would be resolved properly. I honestly think I could have paid many hundreds for assistance and representation of this caliber. Thank You.”

“ Fantastic experience. They made it so easy for me and really reduced my worry about responding to the IRS correctly.”

“This experience was great. We were given thorough explanation of why we were contacted by the IRS and what they needed. We were also given detailed explanation of the process. Couldn’t have done it without them.”

“There was a mistake in my taxes from 2018 I got a notice from the IRS that said I owed over $200k. I nearly fell over with shock. TaxAudit cleaned up the mess. I couldn’t be more grateful.”

“Ever since I started to use Tax Audit, everyone I have spoken to has been so polite and so very helpful. They have been very thorough in helping me thru the process of filling out all the paperwork over the phone. I have had no problems whatsoever. I feel very comfortable using this site and would suggest Tax Audit to anyone I know who needs help with their taxes. This company has been a blessing to me, as I am 76 years young and when you have a problem they have been very helpful and also stress free.”

We are proud of our team and the clients we serve. If you are interested in learning more about TaxAudit, check out the TaxAudit Story.
